Local Company Participates in Easter Basket Drive for Homeless Children

SHELTON, Conn. - DiMatteo Insurance, with locations in Shelton and Bethany , recently participated in the Easter Basket Drive for Homeless Children and delivered close to 80 baskets to four different homeless and domestic violence centers in the region.

For over ten years, Kim DiMatteo of Bethany, Vice President of DiMatteo Insurance, has been organizing this annual Easter basket drive for children . This year deliveries were made to the Domestic Violence Crisis Center of Norwalk, the Norwalk Emergency Shelter, the Domestic Violence Crisis Center of Norwalk, and St . Luke’s LifeWorks in Stamford.

Celebrating the success of this community service project are: in the front row, children who received Easter baskets that were delivered to St . Luke’s LifeWorks, seated with Anthony DiMatteo and Emily Moore at right and in the second row, Allysa & Natalie Lesko of Shelton, Lisa Cologgi of Bethany and Kim DiMatteo, who volunteered for the community service drive.
